Consulting/Service per hour $95/hr
- Pre-Paid Credit per 20 hour block $90/hr
- Pre-Paid Credit per 50 hour block $85/hr
- Pre-Paid Credit per 100 hour block $80/hr
1 hour minimum per on-site service incident; billed in 1/4/hr increments thereafter
Telephone support is billed in 1/4hr increments with 1/4hr minimum
Customers maintaining a Pre-Paid Credit balance receive priority response
Pre-Paid Credits may be used for all services available from VEI and are non-refundable
After Hours Surcharge $50/per
- Applies to calls originating outside of normal business hours which are 8am-5pm weekdays excluding holidays
For customers with a pre-paid credit balance, 1/2 credit hour will be charged Per Call Travel Allowance Fee $25/per
Travel Allowance Fee waived for Pre-Paid Customers
- In addition to the Travel Allowance Fee, one-half of the total travel time (round-trip) is billed in ¼ hour increments for travel outside the metro area or for travel other than directly to and from the customer site
NOTE: Consulting/Service billed at 1.5 times the applicable rate from 5pm-8am weekdays and all day on weekends, and 2 times the applicable rate on holidays.
